Solomon’s Story…
Hello, this part of the website is about our mascots. This may sound stupid but do not insult them. We have three mascot rubber ducks! It all started off when Amy, Holly, and Johnny went to Emma and Rosa’s house for Easter Sunday. We caught a shield bug and the trapped it under a big glass, with some leaves and a small tub of water for food (this is not captivity). We wanted to keep it and meanwhile we were front flipping on the trampoline, we named it. We agreed on Solomon Binkey Eleyetson, because that stands for SBE. But then somehow, the bug escaped from its new ”home” We decided to do something else as a pet, so I can’t quite remember who, I think it was Emma, but she [or he] found a dirty old toy duck. We renamed him Solomon Binkey Eleyetson , in honor of the shield bug. When it was time for Amy, and Johnny to go, We quickly went to Emma’s room and decided that somebody could keep Solomon and his belongings so we did a game of rock paper scissors and Amy won it. Next, we decided that because Amy’s name was first in the alaphabet, whoever looked after Solomon next would be the person next in the alaphabet! So the order was Amy, Emma, Holly, John, Rosa. However, you may have noticed at the top of the page it says we have three mascots and we do! You will find out more about them in the next paragraphs.
Shark’s Story…
Shark is one of our amazing mascot rubber ducks and this is how her story starts… Amy was the first person to look after Solomon and while she [or he] was doing that -in Worcester- Emma and Rosa -in Preston- found Shark in an old sand pit they had in there garden! They decided they needed to pick a name with the other SBE members so waited until they next saw each other. Many weeks later, everyone was sitting around a brown table picking names and they all decided on Shark Beer Eleyetson (the first person to take home Shark was Emma) and that is Shark’s amazing story.
